Private Sessions

Students have varied needs and interests.

If group sessions are a bit of a challenge, we offer private sessions designed to assess and formulate a training program suited to students' needs.

We acknowledge that finding an activity for students can be challenging at times. On the other hand, there are also underlying factors why students cannot participate in group sessions. It can be associated with a lack of confidence, time constraints, or a need to train exclusively for adapted/modified training.

Whatever the case may be, we are more than happy to provide private sessions.

 

Our rate is $55.00 per session ($70.00 residence/private studio) .  Please contact us to get more info and schedule.
